Seeking Participants in Newcastle, UK
Great North Sport Dance
I recently completed training with Julie and Neville Campbell & NOVA International to join several teachers in training up 300 members of the public to participate in a performance @ this year's BUPA's Great North Weekend.
Great Sport Dance is the latest mass participation dancing phenomena to sweep the country.
I am currently seeking 20 eager participants to learn the simple, effective aerobics routine - rehearsals will take place from 27th August at Dame Allens School in Newcastle at various dates and times (Approx 8 hrs of training). The event is on Sunday 20th September at the finish line of The Great North Run.
The sessions are FREE, fun and effective way to get fit or push your aerobic fitness the max!!
